What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
We use a contact form throughout our website which allows you to send an online enquiry to us.
We ask for your full name, e-mail address, phone number and details about your enquiry.
Your details will be sent to our e-mail system which is securely hosted by Gmail. You can view their own Privacy Policy here.
We wont store your details in a database, it will simply be kept on e-mail and only used to contact you directly about your specific enquiry.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facbook Pixel for Website Analytics. These systems allow us to monitor site usage and make improvements for our users.

Mailing List
We use Mail Chimp to collect e-mail address and add them to our mailing list. You will see capture forms on different locations throughout our site where you can voluntarily enter your e-mail address to receive blog updates from us.
To ensure better privacy we use two step authentication on our mailing list, this means once you enter you e-mail address you will receive an e-mail to confirm your subscription.

Who we share your data with
We wont share your data with any external parties. We will use your data to contact you directly about specific enquiries which you have granted us consent to do so.
We will only send you marketing information relating to LD2 Digital, and only if you have subscribed to a mailing list and given explicit consent to us.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
